Refund policy

Returns

We design our product to provide each individual a quality look for any occasion, so if you received something that didn't work for you, we've got you covered. We provide you 14 days to make a decision and return it back it us (some exceptions apply). Just follow the below guidelines for return process. Please be aware we do not issue refunds, in-store credit will be issued. 

  • Product(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date
  • Product(s) must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return
  • All returns must be shipped back with the original packing list and a return/exchange form
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable. 

Kreative Dimensions reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policies. Returns that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • Product(s) to be exchanged must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date
  • Product(s) must be original, unworn, unused, and returned with its original packaging
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please include a copy of your order form with written directions on it. (Example: Exchange, Size Large)
  • Kreative Dimensions will only cover exchange shipment cost if item is damaged upon receiving.
  • Sale items are not eligible for an exchange

Kreative Dimensions reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policies. Exchanges that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. Store credit will be issued for any approved return. 

 

Cancellations

There will be a $5 cancellation fee if the customer decides to cancel after processing an order and/or if we have to refund a single entity numerous times due to use of bot of other automatic purchasing system.
